By such action, the<br \/>\nTIA does not assume any liability to any patent owner, nor does it<br \/>\nassume any obligation whatever to parties adopting TIA Standards,<br \/>\nto parties manufacturing or selling products or services conforming<br \/>\nto such Standards or to users of such products or services. Other<br \/>\nTIA rules respecting Standards where patents are involved are<br \/>\ncontained in the Manual and should be read in conjunction with<br \/>\nthese Guides-PV.
