(See Research Council on Structural Connections: Specification for Structural Joints Using ASTM A325 or A490 Bolts .)<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"SectionLevel2\">\n<p class=\"subsec1\">1.4 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard.
