The Standard contains essential commercial provisions aligned with the requirements of the Construction Contracts Act 2002. This revision of NZS 3910 is a \u2018limited technical review\u2019 which focused only on feedback from the construction sector, and resulted in clearer wording and a reduced need for extensive special conditions.
