Das Verfahren gilt ausschlie\u00dflich f\u00fcr pflanzliche Fette und \u00d6le. 2014 wurde w\u00e4hrend der turnusgem\u00e4\u00dfen \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung von ISO 29841:2009 vorgeschlagen, eine detailliertere Erkl\u00e4rung f\u00fcr die selbst hergestellten Silica-Minis\u00e4ulen in der Anmerkung zu 6.6 zu geben. Weiterhin ist es notwendig, die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Kolben im Unterabschnitt 6.2 zu ersetzen, da 10 ml nicht gro\u00df genug ist und die Probe verloren gehen k\u00f6nnte, wenn der Kolben in den Rotationsverdampfer platziert wird.
