This Standard applies to fire protection materials that have already been tested and assessed in accordance with EN 13381-4 or EN 13381-8 unless all the testing is carried out in accordance with Annex B using a minimum length of 2000 mm. For other section shapes such as angles, channels and flats, reference should be made to EN 13381-4 and EN 13381-8. This standard does not include steel bar used as reinforcement in concrete construction.
