{"id":372966,"date":"2024-10-20T02:31:43","date_gmt":"2024-10-20T02:31:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/uncategorized\/bsi-21-30426395-dc\/"},"modified":"2024-10-26T04:25:55","modified_gmt":"2024-10-26T04:25:55","slug":"bsi-21-30426395-dc","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/publishers\/bsi\/bsi-21-30426395-dc\/","title":{"rendered":"BSI 21\/30426395 DC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This document describes the procedures and acceptance criteria for manufacturing tests and examinations (sometimes called initial inspection and tests) of valves designed and type tested according to <span class=\"std\"><span class=\"std-ref\">ISO 10297<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>This document is applicable to:<\/p>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>\n<p>cylinder valves intended to be fitted to refillable transportable gas cylinders,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>main valves (excluding ball valves) for cylinder bundles,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>cylinder valves or main valves with integrated pressure regulator (VIPR), and<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>valves for pressure drums and tubes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"non-normative-note\">\n<div class=\"note-label\">\n  NOTE\n <\/div>\n<p>Where there is no risk of ambiguity, cylinder valves, main valves, VIPR and valves for pressure drums and tubes are addressed with the collective term \u201cvalves\u201d within this document.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The principles of these manufacturing tests and examinations can be beneficially applied to cylinder valves type tested to national or International Standards other than <span class=\"std\"><span class=\"std-ref\">ISO&nbsp;10297<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><b>BS EN ISO 14246.
